Southwold is some distance from the Blackwater. However, a lot of our mooring holders have, in the past, visited this quaint destination in their east coast cruising plans. For this reason I have included a short video produced by the Southwold Marine Services, to assist when entering, in what can be a little difficult conditions, if tides are not taken into account.
The town itself is some way from the harbour, but well worth the 25 minute stroll to visit the restaurants & coffee bars or just view the excellent shops
